LowCard Limited, in association with the LowPress, is pleased to present its viewers with the minor epic "LowBall IV | A Mid Summer's Recall". The project has endured countless obstacles and nearly died when the LowBall Wiffle League pulled all discernible support from the LowPress and LowCard. Through a grassroots, self funded effort, LowCard was able to put together this small slice of wifflicana.

Fans of the late El Guapo have responded to the player's unexpected passing on Thursday by releasing a commemorative pin thus immortalizing the revered Punisher of the Plastic.

Lonichiro scratched from line-up on eve of Wiffdependence

The struggles for the once great slugger continue to mount. After being released on waivers by the world champion Lagers, and then buying out his own contract and drinking it all in one night, Lonichiro has been sent down from the bigs to AA Norwalk Nibblers. He's packing up his wife and kids and hitting the road. The Commissioner could not be reached for comment, (as usual). Lonichiro, when asked, seemed stoic, "Apparently, the big guy upstairs has some other plans for me... My biggest regret is that I'll miss the W.O.W. volleyball game with the short shorts and the tall socks."Read more

Lonichiro Released From Championship Lagers

Superstar Slugger Lonichiro was released on waivers just before the start of Saturday's game at Ox Fest. Management for the Lagers would not elaborate beyond the managers curt phrase. "It was time for him to go." Some have speculated that Lonichiro spiraled into depression after the late inning grand slam that he gave up to his nemesis El Guapo that turned the tide for the upset in the day/night double header at the Friendly Confines. Others have suspected that his work with the throwing coach Chuck Knoblauch has been unsuccessful in stemming his abysmal showing in the Hot Box. LITTLE DOMINICA, LINCOLN VERMONT -- While the Lagers season got under way Friday Night at the renovated Friendly Confines in the “Little Dominica”, team officials were working on plans to establish a permanent academy there for the first time.
While no official announcement has been made, multiple members of the leagues front office have been discussing the opening of a development facility for aspiring LOWBALLer’s, part of an ongoing effort to get the most out of the leagues efforts spent on scouting and developing young Wiffle players.Read more
